After dealing with all of the sluggishness since the OTA update, I finally broke down and did a factory reset...phone works like a charm now. Could be because it doesn't have a lot of apps on it, but the phone is much, much quicker and the 4G is now working great! Just thought I'd share.

a majority of glitches and problems with android phones are cleared up with a factory reset..but nobody wants to take the time to have a working phone. Glad it worked out for you

I had to perform a factory reset, too. I didn't want to, but I am sure glad I did. Phone works like new now.

I didn't have to do a reset on my wife's phone, but she never had that many apps on it to begin with so it worked quite well after the update.

I had to do a factory reset also after downloading ICS because I couldn't get online. The only thing I lost in the process was text messages since I hadn't backed them up.
Now I'm getting SIM card errors more often than in the past. Don't know whether the new ICS has anything to do with this (I'm guessing not), or whether my old TB is getting senile; but regardless, ICS has been slower on my phone than GB was - seems more like bloatware than a blazing new update. I find no benefit to ICS over GB other than it's moving me closer to dumping this phone for a better one - maybe the new Samsung.
