How do I re-activate my device if it has been suspended?

When I try to use my phone or login to my account on verizon it is saying that my account has been suspended.  I have no way to call out and can't figure out what I need to do to restore my service.

Dial *611 or 1-800-922-0204 and it will connect you to Financial services. Then pay your bill.
