I never get 4G

I never get 4G on my HTC Rezound. Ever. My other family members get 4G on their Verizon phones, but I never do. What do I need to do to get 4G?

The phone is set to LTE/CDMA in the mobile networks, correct?

If it was set to CDMA only then the phone is restricted to 3G and voice only.
