ICS Rezound as early as May 9?

I just read that someone from Verizon (not sure if it was a verified they work for Verizon or not) said that ICS will be released on the Rezound on May 9th. Can anyone confirm that this is true or false?

That's the same leak the OP was referring to. For whatever reason, a lot of sources just picked this up yesterday.

oh, my bad...it was just the first screenprint ive seen. i just wish it would say if it is in fact 4.0.4 because i an running the leaked 4.0.3 and its quite buggy, and unable to go back to stock now.

I'm sure it will be the same as the leaked build, though hopefully with the kinks worked out.

On another note, an ICS build for the RAZR was leaked that seems to fit in line with that screenshot: Ice Cream Sandwich build 6.14.84 leaks for Droid RAZR/RAZR MAXX http://phandroid.com/?p=93261

another leak was released in the last few days...supposedly this is the one that will be pushed out in a couple of days (works great so far) hopefully we will see this forum light up Wednesday with people who received the official OTA update. read on other forums that HTC themselves confirmed the software would be pushed out beginning 05/09/2012 and may continue as long as 22 days. Another rumor or truth, we shall see!

And a third leak popped up today. Haven't read up on it much yet, but it appears to be utilizing an updated kernel, which was a complaint from many about the first leak.

Demmo sounds like this Update is to be a Good one an is too Fix a few of the issues with the Rezound.. i still like the Shape an size of this Phone.. Cant wait till Incredible 4G get's out an if its turns out to be a Good or Great Model i will if i can!  get one..b33 Smiley Happy

If you S-off, you can go back to stock GB or even earlier if you wish. In order to get the OTA, you may have to go back to stock GB anyway or you will probably have to wait for a OTA update to be posted online.
