Possible as most are saying it contains very minor bugfixes which should mean they're close to finishing or already have it ready.  Still likely a few weeks out at the earliest.

True...it just be nice to finally get it, not personally, but generally so people can sleep easy

Yes, but then we will have to put up with all the threads talking about how bad the update is, and why did they rush it, they should have done more bug fixes.

yup.  And then we can tell them to do a factory reset and watch them get mad.   oops almost forgot about the where's my jellybean threads.  Those are bound to pop up even if google hasn't announced it.
