ICS web browser issues?

Is anyone else havinig issues with their web browser freaking out. My web browser is not loading the pages properly. It seems like it doesnt want to load the rest uof the page. if i scroll up or down it is all white and takes an extra second or two to replace that part of the page. also viewing images on facebook is a disaster. you cant close them after their opened. Also, I've discovered while typing this that the keyboard is randomly adding extra letters and caps locking. Anyone else having this problem?

I have two Rezounds, and both have this problem after ICS update.  It is very frustrating and also, battery life about half of what it used to be!

Have both of you guys tried clearing cache and data then force stopping the browser?

Yes, and have also done a factory reset on one of my two and it did not help.

I think the problem is Java related.  If you turn it off, browser works fine, but you will not see discussions or scroll further in Facebook.  However, original page loads fine.  Use FB app for FB, but uninstall updates to revert to ver. 1.8.4.
