I really don't care a whole lot about ICS because it's already been stated that the T'Bolt wil NOT get Sense 4.x, it'll have a Sense 3.? version so you won't really see much difference after the upgrade.
The whole article is heresay. Just a crap blog trying to stir something up as there's no reason to believe that the Desire HD's fate will translate to the Thunderbolt. Thunderbolt also has more internal storage so it's like comparing apples to oranges.
