I am having a blonde moment and really need your help. I set a 4-digit Screen Lock Password (for immediate timing) and cannot for the life of me remember the silly thing. I have tried 100 times and 100 combos to no avail. I really need to access my phone for business and personal reasons.
I waited the 5 attempts and then the 30 seconds, pushed power button (according to instructions) and do not get the FORGOT PIN screen as
suggested. Any ideas?

Here's some helpful information on the PIN codes on your Rhyme: http://bit.ly/OK3D5z If you've forgotten your password with no way to reset it (putting it in incorrectly a bunch of times), you may need to perform a factory reset using the alternate method found here: http://bit.ly/QC4NDQ Please let us know if that takes care of things.
