Hello,

I accidentally locked my SIM card and the SIM PUK code is not available on my online account. Could someone please help me locate it? Thanks!

I know how important gaining access to your phone and PUK is. Let's make sure you have the details in how to obtain it. When searching on My Verizon did you follow the info as described on http://bit.ly/Q91GmT? If the PUK isn't presented there the only other option of obtaining is by contacting our support team. You can either click to follow me and send a direct message with your mobile number or you can contact us at 800-922-0204. Even a store can look it up for you. Please let us know if you have additional concerns.
