#1 - The phone rebooted 10 mins ago and stuck on white verizon screen. Help!
#2 - The htc one has purple haze over all indoor photos and from what I've read, it's a common issue. Will there be a firmware update for this soon, I hope? I should think that you would stand behind your products! This is a newer phone and so far i'm really disappointed!
This is how bad my photos look!

By the way, I had stopped in the Verizon store to see about the camera issue and the guy tested their floor models and said, oh, well they all do that! Not cool Verizon! Talk about useless help! LOL

Not sure, it's the HTC6500LVW - I just fixed the frozen screen with a reset. But the camera issue still exists.

The haze shows up no matter what filter I use on the main camera, but the front facing camera doesn't have it.

aperture8, pictures are worth a 1000 words. That purple haze is definitely an issue. Is there any physical or liquid damage on your device?

Wow, that is really bad! I am surprised Verizon did not immediately exchange it because I had a couple of M7's and never had that issue with the camera. How long have you had the phone? Between the camera issue and the rebooting, I am wondering if something inside is getting too hot?
