For the past month now my mobile network has been shutting off (when I go to my settings, the network is actually not checked even though I just checked it) and my phone randomly turns off. I have visited two different stores and neither were able to assist me. Has anyone else in the chicagoland area experiencing netowrk issues?
Thanks.
I live in California and I have been having the same issues for months since I had to get a refurbish phone. Each phone I receive turns off and on during my conversation or while I am trying to send out a text and it's really driving me crazy. I was first told there was some sort of software issue going on and the problem would be fix but so far that has not happen. I was given another refurbish phone and this phone is doing the same thing shutting down at least 3 times a day. I cannot connect with facebook or other media outlets that i am trying to log on to. I am about ready to leave a company who I have been with forever because I am tired of having these issues.
I'm from Indiana and I am having major network/data connectivity issues. My 4G network will shut off all by itself. Every time I go to use my phone, my network would just drop. Nothing, can't use internet, hard to get turned back on. I have called and called Verizon and told them I am having issues. They have said the blame is on HTC company, yada yada yada. I have recently experienced these issues for a few months now. I have had this brand of phone for over a year and not had issues prior. I seriously think it is Verizon and they are not admitting to it. It's a service issue and not HTC issue. I was thinking about getting a different cell phone brand that won't break down.
