New sim Card

I didnt know what to ask this under but since its for the thunderbolt might as well ask here. I was sent a replacement sim card to see if it would correct the conection issues i was having and there was suppose to be a activation booklet in there but i didnt recieve one. So wat im wondering is there anything special or that I should know about before I put my new one in. I was also told to contact the lady at verizon that I talked to earlier this week am i suppose to wait for them to contact me back first or just put new one in.

contact them first. They have to do an ICCI change on the card for all your contact info to get to the phone. If you put the card in the phone it wont do aything.
