No Software Update Today

I just got off the phone with HTC and the rep. stated that there was no software update for the thunderbolt available at this time.  The rep. did not know where all the rumors started.  A Verizon Rep called her at HTC to find out why the update for this phone has not been released.  My phone is a mess and the only resolusion that was available was to have the handset exchange for another one.  I told her that i was not taking a refurb. piece of garbage.  I went through 9 Incredibles and I was not going through this again.  So to everyone out there the wait is till on.

Boo! I am getting really tired of the constant reboots and it is getting worse everyday.

there's no getting around a replacement phone having issues, that's why they go back.
