Nothing but problems so far with Thunderbolt

First I spent six days without a working phone after I got it because there was some system error when my number got ported. I was only in the store for about seven hours during that time and then another three hours while I was at home. I was extremely happy once it was fixed and had a fully functioning Thunderbolt for two weeks.  Now ever since the network outage I have not had data (3G, 4G, or 1X).  I've been on the phone with Verizon four times in the last week and the solution is to just wait and hope for an update.  I guess I will give them a call in the morning again just to bug them some more and make sure I'm at least getting some $ knocked off my next bill.

 

Right now I'm wishing that I could have just waited a couple of weeks and got the Incredible 2.  Either that or just returned my phone before the 14 days was up adn went elsewhere.

 

 

Does anybody really know when the update will be available?
