my sim card is locked it's asking for a puk code anyone know what this is?

If you sign into My Verizon from a computer, you can find the code there.  Once you have sign in roll your mouse over the My Verizon header and select View All under My Device.  It will show you a picture of the TB and at the bottom of the picture you should see:

Device Actions

Unlock SIM (PUK) now

Click on the "Unlock SIM (PUK) now" link and follow the instructions.
