Phone has stopped receiving calls consistently, most go straight to voicemail.

I've been told my many people that they have tried calling me and my phone either rang a few times or went straight to voicemail.  However, I don't see any calls come through or have any missed calls.  I've had friends call me right next to my phone and no luck.  Occasionally a call gets through, but it is very inconsistent.  Any suggestions would be very appreciated because I now have to constantly worry people can't get a hold of me properly.

We never want you to have to worry about people contacting you. Please remove your SIM and reinsert. This will refresh how it responds to the cell tower.
