I was all set to return my Thunderbolt (bought it for full price) until I saw that my base charge would be $129.99 + $35 restocking fee, AND it doesn't look like Amazon allows you to keep your current plan. Mine is VERY old and not even offered anymore. I'd have to upgrade to one of the new plans.
