I got my phone las Friday and ever since, I have had sooo many problems with the internet connection. The connection keeps dropping and the only way to get it back is to reboot my phone. I have a ticket with Verizon and honestly, they haven't done much. I keep calling and the problem is not resolved. I was soo happy with my incredible phone and now this thunderbolt is a total nightmare. Anyone experienced this? What solved it? I thought of getting a new thunderbolt, but Verizon keeps telling me is the network. I am not clear why it works fine with the Incredible but it doesn't with the thunderbolt. Any help?
