Proximity sensor issue causes the Mute and Speaker buttons to activate during a call.

So far I haven't had the issue in Safe Mode but I need to check further.

However Safe Mode isn't quite that temporary. When I reboot after Safe Mode all my screen settings are gone, my keyboard has been put back to standard it doesn't delete any apps but it does set all the interface settings back to factory, which is frustrating to say the very least.

I noticed we haven't asked if you're using any type of case, glove or cover with your device.  If you are, please remove it and retest to see if the problem persists.  Keep me posted.
