Random reboots, application problems, data hanging

For about the past two months now, my phone will randomly shutdown/reboot, some applications especially like Pandora will hang/lock up, and my phones data connection at time will "hang" and won't allow me to connect to the internet or any other feature that requires mobile data. I did a factory reset yesterday evening, and am still seeing the same problems. Has anyone else had this problem at all? and if so, what was the fix for it?
