Yesterday, I placed an order which is still at the shipping cite and was just told by a customer service rep that even if I refuse delivery from FedEx, I'll still have to pay a $35 re-stock fee. This is really ticking me off! Is there any way to get out of paying that?
BTW, it's an HTC Rhyme which sounded like a decent phone but pales in comparison to the Droid 3. That's why I wish to cancel the order.
Thanks to all in advance for any suggestions to my dilemna!
Peace

Last I knew refusing an order did not result in restocking fee

nightwing1240,
I apologize for the misinformation. @budone is correct about the restocking fee. If returned unopened or the package is refused, then there is no restocking fee.
Thank you,
