My replacement phone fully charged turned itself off and wont turn back on. The same thing happened a week after getting it with the original one. I've tried doing everything suggested but nothing works. This is really upsetting me because it seems like a lot of people have same problem and they will just give me a refurbished phone which means it can happen a third time.
