ever since ive had my tbolt ive had nothing short of problems ive called and emailed about them

all now im getting problems were my tbolt will just reset itself no matter what i would be doing

i could just unlock it or be in settings or just swipe over my pages or even if its just laying down

somewhere it just resets itself im being told by a rep at this moment that its part of the functionality

of the phone to do that my jaw dropped to hear that i just said thank you thats all i wanted to know

so if i go to replace my tbolt im just going to be getting the same effect well im into 30 days having

my tbolt just wishing i should of gotten another phone instead now im stuck with a brick that its

functionality so called self resetting here on my desk of a phone...i mean the 1st week with it

was great worked flawlessly. I know everything there is to know about android ive owned several

devices since i been with verizon. ive unchecked the news and stocks from syncing ive turned

down the brightness so low its hard to read when your outside. dont get me wrong each device

is different with there users... im at my wits end with this

What apps do you have installed?  Specifically list them please.  It sounds like a poorly coded app.  Do you have a task killer app set to autokill?  Have you tried using watch dog to see if there are any apps using way more resources than they should?

Why not start over? Wipe the phone. Do a hard reset and do not re-install any apps. If that doesn't resolve the issues, stay on the phone with Verizon until you find someone that can help you.

As for Watchdog, I found it annoying.

If I have the app market open, it alerts that the market is using a lot of resources. If I am Swyping, it alerts that Swype is using a lot of resources and on and on.

And to top it off, my phone had not rebooted on it's own since the Dec-Jan timeframe. I had installed Watchdog and nothing else recently and experienced a reboot. I un-installed Watchdog and haven't had another one.

I have never had watchdog do that to me when I was tracking apps.  I never had it installed longer than a few hours as it would catch apps running that shouldn't be running processes.  When I open the market it has never told me it was using a lot of resources though...  That's a new one for me... Did you have it setup realtime tracking and have it set to "agressive"?  When I setup mine I have it realtime and have the middle selection.

If your phone is resetting itself all the time, and you tried a wipe already, we do not want you to just live with it.  We will get your issue taken care of.  I will PM you with some additional information to get your issues taken care of.

I look forward to working with you!
