I have had the rezoned since november 2011, I have had 3 replacements, can't get email on a consistent basis, screen locks, and after numerous
resets and removal of email I keep hearing from Verizon support what a great phone this is and there is usually not problems with the phone?
The phone seems slow to respond to web and texting... and I can't access the backup assistant plus, for there is no app... Verizon blames HTC
what is going on...is this a software update issue?

I have 3 Rezounds on my account and have no problems with them. Have you tried uninstalling any apps you may have downloaded to see if this would help. I know I have installed apps that make my Rezound act up, but as soon as I uninstall them back to normal. Just a thought.
