Saving WiFi key on ONE max and not requiring it upon reconnection

Are there any workarounds or solutions for the issue with the ONE max not saving WiFi WPA2 encryption keys?  Since updating to the current firmware release, my ONE max requires entry of my home wireless network WPA2 key when I'm back within its signal range.

That is definitely odd, passerby. Your HTC One Max should retain the saved WPA2 Network Key. Have you tried deleting the connection, and then reconnecting to that network? This may help it retain that information.

Multiple times.  This behavior since receiving the phone brand-new and updating Android to the latest version available.

I see, passerby!

Let's get to the bottom of this OK? Are you by any chance turning off the Bluetooth on your phone, or do you keep it on? Have you reset your home router since updating your device?

Bluetooth is turned off when not in use.

The router has been rebooted a number of times with no change. No other wireless devices exhibit this problem, including other Android devices, only the HTC One Max.
