New to the board so I apologize in advance if this has been asked. Recently upgaraded to the HTC Thunderbolt and the biggest issue I am having is when the phone is on vibrate and then I get a text message. The phone vibrates quickly and subtle. Yes you get the little green flash but...
Is there a way to get it to vibrate more often or to get the screen to flash or light up so it gets your attention quicker while sitting on a desk?
I seem to be missing many texts and finding them way after the fact. Anyone have a solution or recommendation? Never had this issue with my LG Touch as it had options.
Thanks!

I'm not familiar with the Thunderbolt but it should have a reminder for texts that does what the previous poster mentioned.
If not, you can always download something like Handcent SMS. It lets you customize how it vibrates and flashes and rings for texts.

Thank you both for responding. I did purchase the app and the vibrate is more noticeable. Still wish it had an option to make the screen light up but it certainly improved it and helped overall. Combining the two apps seems to work okay as well since one has the better vibrate and one has the light/screen notification.
Thanks again!
