Can anyone help me? My Rhyme wont sound when I get a text message anymore. I checked and the sound is up. It sounds when I get other notifications. Im not sure what I did.
I am receiving the exact same problem. I've gone all through the Notification settings, but it doesn't seem to help. It doesn't play the sound/tone, it doesn't vibrate. It does LED blink and display a notification on the lock screen, but I'm not always looking directly at my phone. Frankly, this has caused me problems.

I'm very sorry to learn that your Rhyme hasn't been alerting you when you get a new message! I understand how important it is to be notified without having to stare at your phone. I appreciate you reviewing the notification settings. Just to be sure the very last sentence found here: http://vz.to/GBmYbf states "To adjust Notification volume, ensure Use incoming call volume for notifications is disabled". Can you verify this is completed and retest?
