I have several places in my Thunderbolt where I cannot access a feature because it says "unable to use xxxxxx because a phone call is in progress". As an example it won't let me use my flashlight feature because of this message.

Phone is not in use, I have powered off and back up several times. Any suggestions?

i've never seen this issue? if you find no solution and it continues, i would back up everything and do a factory reset.

Thanks for your response Azsaluki. Stevie201102 I know how frustrating it can be getting an error when trying to use flash on your device. I am here to assist. Did the factory reset work for you? If not please try the instructions provided below:

1. Tap Settings

2. Tap Applications

3. Tap Manage Applications

4. Tap Adobe Flash

5. Tap Wipe Data

6. Power device off

7. Remove battery

8. Power device on

9. Try to use flash again
