I am having problems also, I just got the Thunderbolt yesterday and it worked then but woke up this morning and the only way I can use it is to use my wifi connection. I thought it was just me.

My wife got her phone yesterday. Worked initially but now no Internet service all day today. She spent 90 mins on the phone with Tech Support this afternoon and they never said a word to her about this being a "network wide" issue. Its 9:20pm and still no network connection.

Try to do a master reset and see if that gets you service again, it worked for a buddy of mine.. I think its werid that he had this issue and he bought it saturday as well..
(menu,settings,sd card, factory data reset)

I just got the Thunderbolt as an upgrade at 17months for $124.99 and I am in a 3G area...... my date stopped working over 30hrs ago and still is not working.

I just got my tbolt last night. 3g with sim card. It has worked fine until about 2 hours ago, right after I charged the battery. I have done all the "fixes" recommended and nothing working. Must be "them"......Waiting on an answer. Does not make for good PR with a new customer

It's a nation wide problem with the network so their is nothing anyone can do except wait

Data comes back intermittently but you've got to be kinda persistant about it. For my phone (I'm in a 3g area not 4g unless I travel into Denver) whenever it says I have 4g I have no data connectivity. I have tried using that "phone info" program that was recommended earlier in the thread. After I just shut down 4g completely my phone works just fine. It seems to be some sort of issue when it's trying to transfer from 4G to 3G connectivity.
