Unable to get 3g/4g signal in the morning after phone was charging all night.

So the past 3 days, when I wake up my phone isnt finding a 3g or 4g signal until I reboot it.  It started happening after I performed a sync in the backup section.  Is the backup knocking my phone out of service and not bringing it back up?
