I just got an HTC Rezound, and I put some apps from my old phone onto my sim card hoping I could transfer them into the Rezound. At the Verizon store the Verizon guy said it didn't work. Any suggestions? Also, when I look under My Device on the computer on the Verizon Wireless page, under Device Actions I get the message above: Unlock sim (puk) now. Any ideas what that might mean?
