HI I have had so much trouble trying to update my HTC Rhyme to ICS, (as I just finally learned about it today) and have no idea how to do it... can someone please help?! Thanks

this isn't an official update pushed by verizon so you wont likely find support here. if you are trying to flash the RUU from htc's website, then i don't believe it will work for verizon's version of the rhyme. an official update from verizon would just be pushed to your phone and your phone would simply ask you if you want to install it and that's all you'd have to do.
