im trying to transfer my contacts from pc to thunderbolt but not sure what im doing wrong...any answers out there?
For one you are confused on how BA works, your contact information is stored on a Verizon Server and in order to download them onto a device all you have to do is log into the Backup Assistance app on your device, no information is stored on the pc related to this app other than the online information that you can pull up on the Verizon Website.
I suggest using Google to sync your data because it is more stable than the BA application..
