so i got to vzw internet barly working and find this page

run it says all well no loss
i know that something is wrong so figure i'll run a tracert on same address

for the tec guy/girl that will look into this on Friday 11/29/13
PER YET ANOTHER CALL TO VZW THEY CLOSED THE TICKET
on the poor internet connection said my fault weak signal
128db+ and 4 or 5 bars all the time
disabled at home phone almost never moves
been fine for last 5 years problem started about 4-5 months ago and is getting worst as time goes by
replaced phone did not help
always hop 2 time out error on ping and tracert test5s
hop 1 is my pc
hop 2 is the phone or tower and always fails
hop3 looks like tower to t-1 or ocx type phone line
after that i don't care i see your having problems and have work a rounds in place for hub/backbone issues
well i do care but are not my problem mine is always failing hop 2 the phone
this looks like a software issue to me and ttl on the phone may need to be increased or unblocked
icmp fail also
in the past month i have tested a driod 4 a droid max a samsung 3 and a strait talk phone all show hop 2 fail always
both tethered and hotspot fail hop2
please call me tec guy and dont close the ticket till this problem is fixxed like last time
