My thunderbolt, 2 days old, is frozen. Can't even turn it off. Nothing happens when I tap anything. I had just connected the USB to my computer and was responding to a message about software I should download from Verizon to help manage my phone. It went to telling me to work from internet connection mode, but then it froze. Onscreen I have a box saying: complete action using: internet/roboform/use by default for this action.
Have you tried removing the battery, waiting a few seconds, then putting the battery back in?
also...you don't need to use any of the verizon software to mange the phone and i would advise not downloading or using it (media manger, etc).
