You can connect the phone to the computer and set it as usb mass storage mode. or taje out the memory card and use a reader. Theres apps in the market for that too. I mean the play store.

If you use your plugin charger for your phone, and take the end part off that gets plugged into the wall, it becomes a USB plug.  Plug that into your computer and the other end into the phone, and let the computer read it.  Then you will be able to move your music from your computer to your phone.  It is quite simple once you start doing it.
