I was able to play my xbox online for few months, then a week ago it wouldn't let me join any games. it says there is a nat error? Anyone have any ideas? Or help for me...I have done many troubleshooting options.
Well, let's establish something:
Does your hotspot work with other things (computers, tablets, televisions, dvd players)?
Yes, my computer and lap top. It is my mobile hotspot that i pay extra for.
If it works for both of those without much of a problem, then it has to be the Xbox. I would check to see if your mobile hotspot has "authorized devices only" setup or if it is available for all devices to connect to. After that, I would take a look at the security aspect of the hotspot (WPA2 PSK/WPA PSK/Open) and see if the Xbox matches it. If both of these have been addressed, I would consider looking into whether or not there could be a problem with the Xbox hardware.
