This is the second ime in about a month that I have not received emails. IT is unable to help me. The store did a heard reset the first time, but I lose all my downloads. I dont want to keep doing that. IT is on a HOTmail acct?>???
I apologize for the late response as I understand access to your email is important! Have you tried removing and reinstalling just the email account? Are all other data services and email accounts working as normal? Are you getting a specific error message? I look forward to hearing from you to make sure this is resolved!
