receiving emails

About two weeks ago - I don't receive any email. My email account is set up, I can see the folder, but nothing comes through. I can't find help on line - any ideas?

Oh no Carie. Email is super important. I have a few important questions I need to ask to get you back up and running. What type of email (Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, work, etc) are you having trouble with? Do you get any error message when you refresh your inbox? Are you able to access other data services (applications, Google Play, browser, etc) on your phone? Do you have any other email accounts on your phone that are working? Are you able to see your messages in the inbox by logging into the email provider's website? Are you using Outlook to see your email on your computer?

I know that's a lot to answer at once, but I'll have a better understanding of what's going on and be able to get your email working again soon.
