When I send a song from my mac mini to my One via bluetooth--it adds an image from my computer that is not part of the mp3 file as the thumbnail for the song in "media." How can I stop this? Thanks for any help

Jimmydeluxe,
Verizon is here to futher assist you today. Is this the first time you have moved music over via bluetooth? If not, have you had this issue before in the past? The image that is being added to the file, is it a random image from the computer?

Hi Kevin, thanks for the response.
I've done it three or four times, every time it adds the same photo, but it
is just one of many from my computer and I have no idea 1. why any image is
added, or 2. that image in particular is added. I don't want any
thumbnails, just the song!
The obvious workaround is to transfer via usb which worked, but I like
bluetoothing sometimes...
thanks

Thanks for clarifying, jimmydeluxe.
I can understand just wanting the song and being able to bluetooth it vs. sending it via USB. Strange question, have you been able to try with a different bluetooth device?
What type of bluetooth are you using it with? I ask these questions so I can provide it to the software team to see if they can see if this is operating as designed or if there is a way to prevent this from happening. They normally want to recreate the steps you have taken with the same type of device & equipment.
