I just recently upgraded to the htc rhyme..anyway i received a video message and i only got sound no picture can anyone help me?
I want you to enjoy all the fantastic capabilities your new device has to offer teenylousy! Is this happening with every video message? Did you try to power cycle the device? Can you view videos on the internet or using an app? Let's figure this out!
