ok i have a little problem my thunderbolt had a weird issue where the internal antenna fried and had no service so verizon issued me a replacement and with this replacement i have a new problem where when i go to settings update check new it goes to otc managment and for 3 seconds to 5 seconds it searches and then just quits so i go to status and when it loads it has blank feilds in everything i just got this replacemnt right after christmas and am i just screwed i have done factory restores and hate that hasnt helped restared a million times to no avail been to every thread on here and spent hours googleing it anyone have any insight to why this is happening it doesnt matter if im on wifi 4 g 3 g 1 x or anything all does the same thing had new sim cards called the activiation code done the check in still a no go if you could email me with some helpful info i really would like some help gapguy80@aol.com thanks
