I've tried factory reset, but the phone still gets stuck on the Verizon logo.

Anybody have any solution?

We want to get your phone unstuck, Keithjose. I appreciate you trying a factory reset. Are you able to load the phone normally using Safe Mode? http://spr.ly/6586B5KC0

This is tough to read. I apologize for the issue at hand. I know how much i depend on my smartphone. We are here to help you get going again. There are a couple of things to try. Once is wiping the cache partition:

Turn the phone off
Press and hold the Volume Down key
Press and release the Power key
Keep the Volume Down key pressed until the three Android images appear
Use the Volume Down key to select Recovery
Press the Power button to confirm
When you see the red triangle icon, press Volume Up and Power at the same time
Use Volume Down to select Wipe Cache Partition
Press the Power button to confirm your selection
Wait until the phone tells you that the wipe is complete
Use the Power button to select Reboot System Now

Please try this and share your results. Let's get that M8 great again.
