Alright, so as of almost two weeks ago my device has not allowed me to send or receive calls.   It shows I have my full normal signal wherever I go and still allows me to send text messages or use the web or any app.  Simply does not send or receive calls.  When I hit the call button it immediately stops, makes the hang up beep, says out of service area( while showing full signal), and then a message of call has been lost pops up.  Does anyone have a solution for this?

Have you tried the simple things like restarting, powering off, pulling battery (if removable), booting into safe mode and trying (press hold power button, then press and hold power off on screen and select safe mode).  If those don't work I would give Verizon a call or chat and see if there is a configuration problem with your phone on your account.

Brady, Oh my goodness, that is strange. Not to worry we are here to get that working ASAP. Have you tried any of the suggestions above? How are all your other internet and texting services working without WiFi turned on? What kind of phone do you have? We are here to help, let's get this solved for you.
