Hello. 

HTC One M9. Has anyone been randomly loosing their mobile data connection? I have lost mine twice in the last week in areas that I know the signal is strong.Has anyone experienced this problem that I have described?

Can you please check the network mode setting and verify it is on the LTE/CDMA mode.

Twice is once too many times to lose your data connection. Is this happening in a specific location? Send us the area zip code to review area location.

It was set on global. I have no idea why or how as I have never messed with any of that stuff.   I changed it to the setting you have listed in your reply.  Do you think that was my problem?

We want you able to rely on your data connection.  Tell me a bit more about this. When you say you lost connection was it momentarily or did you have to do something to restore it?  Was it impacting only the data or did you have any trouble with call strength?
