The other day I slipped and fell on ice and ended up landing on the side my phone was in. I ended up getting a replacement phone that came in yesterday. I remember when I got the new phone the Verizon representative transferred everything, and I mean everything to my HTC One m8. My settings including my homescreen setup and wallpapers along with all of my photos and text messages were transferred but when I tried to transfer to my replacement HTC One m8 I am only getting a partial transfer. What do I do! I have lost my apps and the data and i need to send the broken phone back soon.

What is the state of the old phone? Can you get to it at all or is it completely dead?
Were you signed and synced to Google, Samsung or Verizon Cloud with the old and have you done so on the new one? One or more of those likely backed up some or most of what you are looking for (I know Google does a really good job at it, not sure about Samsung/Verizon as I haven't used them personally).
If you can get to the old phone enough to install an application then you can install
HTC Transfer Tool - Android Apps on Google Play
on both phones and let it do most of the work for you.
