Since the last update, whenever I get a text message and I am not near my phone, it vibrates and makes a noise every 10 seconds until I answer it. Never did that before. I have searched everywhere on the phone and tech support for a way to change it but I can't find anything. Any way to make it sound once only?
I have the same issue even after editing my notifications settings on my Samsung Note 5 in both the Messages+ settings (its always been set to Never Repeat) and Phone Notifications Setting (set to mute all Messages+ Notifications). It's extremely annoying, the notification alert and vibrate both go off every 10 secs until I pick up my phone and check the new txt message regardless of above settings.
koazoe, help is here as I want those unwanted notifications to stop. Has there been any new software updates to your device? Have changed the notification for the stock text message application as well?
