I am so tired of having to perform factory resets on my HTC One. I am too often calling customer service or visiting a branch for my phone to be reset. The problems I have is a list longer than my arm and they just keep telling me to upgrade. This is my third and final upgrade! I'm going back to AT&T. At least they have better customer service.
Loralei, this is not how we want you to feel. We want you to enjoy your device and the stellar services. When did this begin? Are you getting an error message? Is your mobile data on? Please share details so we can better assist.
