Hello Jdeez. I regret the issue you've had with your HTC One M8. I hope that your concerns over the device's boot-up process have been resolved. If not, you can post additional details here (such as what exactly happens when you try to turn the device on for use, whether or not it appears to be on power, what happens when you connect the charger, and so forth).
