How do I stop Verizon from turning my volume down when I listen to my music? It gets turned down a lot. So low I can't even hear it.

gjerde, I want to you to be able to listen to your music any way that you like. When the volume gets turned down are you not able to turn it back up? How long has this been going on with your device? Are you listening to music through head phones or just through the speakers on the device? Please keep us posted.
